Forde

This duplex project is one of our own developments, and an example of the larger projects we have the capacity to undertake. Located opposite the lake at Forde, the property is within walking distance to the shops and café.

The building consists of a three-bedroom, two-storey home with a double garage and a three-bedroom, two-storey home with single garage.

Both homes are open plan with large glazed north-facing windows and doors, taking advantage of the solar gains. A high level of inclusions and appliances were incorporated in the homes, as was the solid timber (Tasmanian Oak) staircase, fabricated on site, that became a top feature of one of the homes.

The homes were completed with driveways and paths, and were both fully landscaped. They were received exceptionally well by the public and sold on completion.
